How do I connect my Stripe account?
Click the "Connect with Stripe" button on the main screen. You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure OAuth page where you can authorize the application to access your invoices. No API keys are stored locally.
Where are my downloaded invoices saved?
Invoices are saved to your default Downloads folder by default. You can change the destination folder in the application settings under "Download Location".
Does the application store my invoice data?
No. Smart Invoice Downloader processes all data locally on your computer. Your invoices are downloaded directly from Stripe to your device without being stored on our servers.
How do I filter invoices by date range?
After connecting your Stripe account, use the date picker on the main screen to select your desired start and end dates. Only invoices within the selected range will be included in your download.
How does the ZIP export work?
When you click download, all selected invoices are automatically packaged into a single ZIP file. This makes it easy to store, share, or upload your invoices for accounting and compliance purposes.

Check Your Internet Connection
Ensure you have a stable internet connection. The application needs to communicate with Stripe's servers to download your invoices.
Verify Stripe Authorization
If you're seeing authorization errors, try disconnecting and reconnecting your Stripe account. Go to Settings and click "Disconnect Stripe", then reconnect.
Clear Application Cache
If the application is behaving unexpectedly, try clearing the cache. Go to Settings and click "Clear Cache". This will not affect your downloaded invoices.
